ODBDSLC221 Make a Joyful Noise

I hope your New Year has been off to a great start and will continue to do so!  Mine has been non-stop so far but now that the kids are back in school, we'll be back to a routine - which apparently I crave!  Our Daily Bread Design is also starting a new routine for the Shining The Light Challenges.  The first challenge will be a sketch, the second a color challenge, the third an inspiration (picture or scripture), and a random or anything goes challenge with ODBD on the fourth week.

Have you been able to see the new releases this month?  I just love them - especially the music themed ones.  While I do not have a musical bone in my body and am tone deaf (which statistically is rare for Vietnamese people as our language is tonal - I'm just special like that!) I love music!  I've always wished I could sit down at a piano and play a piece - I'm more likely to make a joyful noise!  I think the treble clef is just one of the prettiest symbols out there and this stamp is no exception.  The new background die is also beautiful - instead of using different papers, I masked and sponged in the layout for the sketch.  The stamp is white embossed and resists the distress ink sponging.  Hope you like it!
