ODBDSLC243: Inspiration Challenge

Have you seen the all the cards made by the ODBD breadsticks for this month's release?  WOW!  These new sets are way more versatile than I initially pictured.   I thought the sunshine theme would be very cute but it even works for a masculine card! For this week's Inspiration challenge, I used the new Sunburst Background Die as a stencil.  I first sponged yellow on my card base that I had cut with the pierced rectangle die from the ODBD Splendorous Stars die set.  I then placed that inside the Sunburst Background Die and sponged orange along the edges and between the rays - more heavily on the edges.  I didn't want to emboss with this die because I wanted to stamp my mountain range from the Keep Climbing set at the bottom.  I then added a fishtail banner with a verse from the Good Man stamp set.

And please check out my other CT sisters for more wonderful inspiration:

  2. Diana, You are absolutely right about using the die as a .stencil for a man's card. It's something that I struggle with quite often (a man's card) but you have pulled it off beautifully on your card. It's gorgeous!
