Happy Birthday Quilt card

If you recall, I made several quilt cards a couple of weeks ago and had one more block that I had not used.  I used it today for a special birthday card.  Since the block was already done, it took only 5 minutes to put this card together... and sometime I feel like I only have 5 minutes!

This card is also to remind you to play along with the ODBD Recipe Challenge to use the letters O-D-B-D.  Here's how I used mine:

O:  Our Daily Bread Design Stamp set Wishing Well
D:  Dresden Quilt die
B:  Birthday card
D: Dies - Small Bow Die,  Mini Tag Dies

My quilt block is made using the new Americana Quilt Paper Collection and 

Double Stitched Square Dies.
