I've made another Surprise Box for the Pop It Up challenge a ODBD. I went with a red with metallics for my Celebrate box - perfect for a significant birthday.
I cut out all the elements (balloons, streamers, and cake) out of gold and silver foil. I used acetate to pop up the balloons a little bit higher. The Celebrate was also embossed with extra thick embossing powder.
