Today I'm sharing a card I made for ODBD Shining the Light Challenge: Be inspired by Ecclesiastes 3:1 For every thing there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven. I love the font on this month's God's Timing stamp set! And the clock image is perfect for a masculine card too! I had purchased the steam punk embossing folder a while back but haven't had a chance to use it yet. And now that I have discovered an easy way to use the metal craft sheets, I couldn't resist making it into an old-fashioned watch on a chain. Before I die-cut my craft metal sheets, I adhere it to card stock using my Crystal Effects liquid adhesive. This gives it a nice clean cut, keeps the sheet straight while removing it from to the die, as well as makes it easier to adhere to the card.
The copper is always hard to photograph straight on but it looks fantastic in real life! Here's a different angle shot of it.

Using the copper metal sheet is so perfect, and I'm so glad you showed a photo as a glimpse of what it looks like IRL! Wow! It's beautifully made (as always), and I love the steampunk embossing folder and beautiful layout with the striped DP. And this verse is perfect for this card! I love this verse, especially for men!
