ODBDSLC245 Color challenge

Good morning!  I hope your summer is going beautifully!  The kids are home so it's a bit more challenging to have time to myself to play... I have time to think in my head what I would like to do ... it's just a bit harder to find the time to do it. For this week's color challenge, this is what I came up with. The sun was smaller in my head and higher up but I think it turned out fun!  I hope you like it!

Diana Nguyen, Our Daily Bread Designs, Sunshine, flower, balloons

I started with the Sunburst Background Die on white card stock.  I then framed it with a thin matting with the same yellow cardstock I used to make the sun.  The sun was made with a circle punch and the rays from the ODBD Matting Circles Dies set.  To make my row of flowers on the bottom, I cut the Flower Box fillers out of green, pink, and darker pink cardstock several times.  I trimmed off the flowers from the pink dies and placed them on the green base.   To complete my scene, I also used the balloons from the ODBD's Happy Birthday Dies, clouds from the ODBD Clouds and Raindrops Die Set, and a tag made using the Mini Tag Sentiments and Mini Tag Dies.  The centers of the flowers were created using an ice white Viva Decor pearl pen.

And please check out my other CT sisters for more wonderful inspiration:
