Hello! You know I love dies and I especially love background dies. It just makes card making so much easier while adding lots of texture and elegance. The only problem I have with them is that I don't want to cover it up!
Today I am using ODBD's new Boho Background Dies to showcase my sentiment. I simply die cut both dies (it includes a rectangular die that is perfect for matting) out of white card stock. I also used two other new die sets: the Ovals and Stitched Ovals. I recommend the Oval Dies Bundle simply because they nest together perfectly and not all ovals are the same (some are fatter and wider if you use different manufacturers.) My sentiment is from Boho Blessings and framed with a sponged stitched oval using the colors from this week's Color Challenge. I then added the butterflies from the
Trois Jolies Papillons and Butterfly and Bugs using a Kaleidoscope ink pad to get the variation in colors.
And please check out my other CT sisters for more wonderful inspiration:

I love your rainbow of colors in your oval and butterflies, it looks striking against the white. Beautiful way to use the background as well, white on white. Love that!! Beautiful card dear friend!

ReplyDeleteThis is such a beauty and very elegant. I love the multi-colored butterflies. So glad you joined us at Word Art Wednesday. Leaving you with an awesome inspiration from the Scripture in Hebrews 3:6 and it says, "But Christ is faithful as a son over God's house. And we are his house, if we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast." Have an awesome week.
