Sponging is my got-to method when I'm not sure what to do with a card - and sponging clouds is my favorite. I did a lot of masking with the clouds and the light rays.
Since I knew I was putting the panel on an angle, I took that into account when I stamped the lighthouse from Lawn Fawn's Life is Good stamp set.
