This week's Shining the Light Challenge at ODBD is my favorite kind: a sketch! The big center panel is just perfect for creating a scene. I love this eagle stamp. It's a bit of work to fussy cut him out but totally worth it so that he can be popped up. I sponged the background with masked cloud shapes and used Spectrum Noir markers to color the eagle.
Stamps: ODBD On Eagles' Wings
Ink: Ballet Blue
Accessories: Twine and Spectrum Noir markers
