Celebrate & Blog Candy

Good morning!  I'm thrilled to be a guest designer for CASology this week - especially since it's their 200th!  I made this card in honor of it.  To keep it clean, I die cut the upcoming Celebrate (to be released by Our Daily Bread Designs tomorrow)  die 4 times on white card stock and made a frame with it.  The front panel is popped up and a window die cut out of it to showcase the streamers die cut out of different colored foil 

My confetti is a sprinkling of rhinestones - loving the bling and shine on this.   By repeating the Celebrate, the frame draws the eye to the focal point and white and white keeps it clean.
