I'm still on my embossed and sponged background so I used the fishing net background with some colors that I thought would look like water. I also added some gold gel pen to the rays of light from the lighthouse and stardust to the cloud outlines. The main panel is popped up as well as the banner so there's more dimension in real life. Thank you so much for looking!
Recipe:
Stamps: ODBD Surging Sea, Light of the World, and Fishing Net background
Ink: SU Rose Red, Only Orange, Summer Sun, Not Quite Navy, and Tim Holtz Broken China
Paper: Recollection Black and White, SU Island Indigo
Accessories: SB Circles Die, Ribbon, Rhinestones, clear embossing, Gelly Roll pens
