CCNS74: Hello banner

Hello, here to share you a card inspired by this week's inspiration picture from the Classy Cards 'n Such challenge.  So many things to choose from this sweet quilt.  The banners immediately drew me in and quilts always bring to mind texture.  I had quilted a while back and my favorite (and least favorite at the same time because it was so costly) was sending it off to have the top, batting, and bottom layer stitched together.  So of course I had to use my stitched die from MFT Blueprint 13.  I also cut out a fish tail banner from the same set with white card stock that I ran through with a Lifestyle Craft Dainty embossing folder.  I made the center focal point a shaker element using PoppyStamps Cheviot Butterfly with small Joy! foam pads and 1/8 Scor-tape to adhere everything together really well.  I added a layered banner using ODBD Pennant Banner dies and handwrote my hello on the banners.  Finally, I added some pink striped washi tape and purple rhinestones.  The butterflies were some stickers I had from years ago.
