ODBDSLC230 Sketch Challenge

Good morning!  I hope your week is off to a great start. I know I've used this stamp recently but it just needed to be inked again.  I know of a couple of friends where this would be comforting.  I used this week's Sketch Challenge at ODBD for my starting point.

Diana Nguyen, Our Daily Bread Designs, Scripture, Shabby Rose

I stamped this wonderful verse from Scripture Collection 13 in Rose Romance and cut out the verse with a scalloped circle from the ODBD Recipe & Tag set.  The papers from the Shabby Rose Collection were cut using the large pierced rectangle from the ODBD Flourished Star Pattern set.   Since the piercing are close to each other and the edge, to cut the smaller rectangle I first cut a full piece and then ran it through the Big Shot again moving the edge down and left to trim it into a smaller rectangle.  Hope that makes sense!    I added a bit of ribbon and my vellum butterflies.  Those were made with the Faith set by stamping, fussy cutting, and sponging on the back of the vellum.  Finally I added some pearls.

And please check out my other CT sisters for more wonderful inspiration:
